Winemaker’s Notes
It was mid-October when this Zinfandel was harvested.
Only a single day was needed for cold soaking the grapes
prior to barreling. In a combination of 30% French Oak,
30% Hungarian and 40% American Oak, this Zinfandel
aged for 9 months in 25% New Oak. The wine was bottled
with minimal filtration in early July.
